Repair or Replace

We repair what can be repaired.
We replace what can't.

Some failures are a worn part inside a frame that is still good: a roller, a seal, a pane of glass. Others are the frame or unit itself. We diagnose which one you actually have, then do that job, not the more expensive one by default.

Doors and windows only A focused trade, not a general handyman service.
Built for coastal conditions Salt air, humidity and hurricane season are the conditions we work in.

Real Repair Work

A door track brought
back to true

Storm debris and years of coastal wear had bent the bottom track on this four panel door wall. The rollers wore down with it, until the door dragged, jumped the track and would not seal against wind driven rain.

Service straightened and re-set the track, replaced the worn rollers, and re-hung every panel true. Same door, same frame, same opening. Nothing replaced that did not need to be.

Real Repair Work

A cracked pane,
made whole again

Storm debris cracked the outer pane on this single hung window, spreading a spider crack across the glass and leaving the unit unsafe and no longer weathertight.

Service replaced the broken glass unit in the existing frame and resealed it against wind and rain. Same window, same opening, structurally sound again.

The Finished Result

The standard we work to

Whether it is a worn track brought back to true or a full replacement, the goal is the same: hardware that runs smooth and glass that sits clean in the frame.

Our Repair Standards

We fix the cause,
not the symptom

A door that binds and a window that leaks are usually telling you something about a part you cannot see. These are the standards every job is held to.

  • Diagnose before quotingWe find the failing component first, so the quote reflects the actual fault.
  • Correct parts, correct fitRollers, balances and seals matched to the unit rather than forced to fit.
  • Alignment checked under loadHardware is set with the panel hung, the way the door actually works.
  • Tested before we leaveEvery repair is operated, locked and sealed off in front of you.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

The things homeowners ask before booking a repair.

Most problems come down to a specific failed part: hardware, rollers, tracks, seals or glass, and those are repairable. Others come down to the frame or unit itself being damaged beyond that point. A technician assesses it on site and tells you plainly which one applies, then quotes that job.

Yes. We service impact rated windows and doors, including seal failures, alignment, hardware and weatherproofing. Impact units are heavy and precisely fitted, so alignment problems and hardware wear are common, and both are repairable.

Miami-Dade County, Broward County and Palm Beach County. Use the ZIP checker above to confirm your address is inside the service area, or see the Service Areas page for the full list of communities.

Send the details through the request form. Tell us what is failing, roughly when it started, and attach photos if you can. An accurate quote needs eyes on the unit, so the form starts the conversation rather than ending it.

Warranty terms: pending client confirmation. We will not state a warranty period here until the business owner confirms exactly what is covered and for how long.

Scheduling window and response time: pending client confirmation. Rather than promise a timeframe we have not verified, we confirm a specific visit time with you directly when you get in touch.
