Service starts with pulling the panel and clearing the track completely, then assessing the rollers. Worn rollers get replaced, not lubricated and sent back out, because a lubricated worn roller just fails again in a few months. We check the lock and handle hardware at the same time, since a door that will not latch cleanly is often a track alignment issue, not a broken lock.
