The signs: water standing in the bottom track after rain, a wet floor at the threshold after a storm, wind-driven rain pushing past the panel, or a draft you can feel where the panels meet. Some water in the track during a downpour is expected — the track is designed to drain outward through weep holes — but water that stays standing, or that gets inside, means something in the sealing path has worn or blocked.
The repair is a sealing repair: clearing blocked weep holes, replacing the worn brush seals and weatherstripping the panel seals against, and resealing the perimeter and threshold where the frame meets the wall. If the water is actually coming through a failed glass unit or a damaged frame, we will say so — that is a different repair, and it gets routed honestly rather than sealed over.
