The closer is selected for the door's size, weight and traffic level, then set so the door closes under control and latches fully on every swing: no slamming, no drifting open. We fit offset and center-hung pivots, butt hinges and continuous hinges matched to the door, set the clearances evenly around the frame, and confirm the door swings free without dragging on the threshold.
Exit hardware is fitted and tested as part of the installation: the bar is mounted at the correct height, the latch engages the strike cleanly, and the device releases with a single push, every time. Rim, mortise and vertical-rod devices are matched to the door type, and lever trim and locks are set so the entrance secures properly after hours.
