Our Approach

Fix the cause,

A door that binds, a window that will not stay open, glass that has gone cloudy: each of these is a symptom with a specific mechanical cause behind it. A roller that has lost its bearing. A balance spring that has given up. An insulating seal that has failed and let moisture between the panes.

Finding that cause first is what separates a fix that lasts from one that comes back in three months. It is also how we make sure the diagnosis matches the fix, whether that turns out to be a part swap or a full replacement.

The Technicians

Door and window repair is a hands-on trade with a lot of feel to it. Knowing how much to adjust a roller before the panel starts to bind, or which balance a sash needs, comes from doing the work repeatedly on the same kinds of units.

That is the standard we hire and train to: technicians who diagnose properly, explain what they found in plain language, and leave the job tested.
